Frequently Asked Questions
Cancellation Policy
In order to meet the increasing demand for psychology services and ensure adequate support for mental health, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a late cancellation fee. This policy allows us to offer the session to another client who is in need of our assistance. If you cancel on the day of your session or fail to attend without prior notice, including cases where you simply forgot about the scheduled appointment, the full session fee will be charged.
Consistent late cancellations not only hinder your progress in therapy but also affect the therapist who has invested time in preparing for your session, as well as other clients who are awaiting their sessions. Hence, we strongly encourage you to inform us as soon as possible via phone call, SMS, or email if you need to make any changes to your upcoming appointments.
Please note that if there are two consecutive cancellations and you have an outstanding balance on your account, future appointments will be canceled.
